Duties:The College General Manager has overall responsibility for leading and coordinating the activities of senior functional managers within the College in the areas of human resources, finance, marketing & outreach, student management, research management, College governance, information technology and other infrastructure. Other responsibilities include:
Providing strategic advice to the Dean and Director of the College, and Executive
Contributing to the College Strategic Plan as part of the Executive
Developing, implementing and reviewing resource planning to support the College Strategic Plan
Contributing to University policies and procedures
Overseeing a continual review of the College administrative processes to improve outcomes
